The gap
Most solopreneurs are leaving money on the table. Not because they lack skill. Because they lack systems.
AI has changed the economics of running a small business. A solo operator today can do what used to take a team of five. The tools exist. The cost is low. The capability is real.
But most people are not there yet. They pay for the subscriptions. They use ChatGPT or Claude a few times a week. They get decent results on small tasks and call it a day.
The gap is not the technology. The gap is strategy, structure, and skill. Knowing which parts of the business to hand to AI. Knowing how to describe what you want so the output is actually good. Knowing how to build systems that run without you babysitting them every day.
That gap is what I close.
Who I work with
Three starting points. One destination.
The corporate professional
You earn decent money but not enough for the life you actually want. You are good at what you do, but you can feel the ground shifting. AI is changing your industry and you would rather be the one using it than the one replaced by it. You want to build something of your own, alongside your job or instead of it, but you do not know where to start.
The unsystematised solopreneur
You have a skill. You set up a business around it. Clients come in, mostly through referrals or sheer effort. But there is no real system behind it. No repeatable process. No AI capability. You are doing everything yourself, manually, and the ceiling is obvious. You know there is a better way to run this. You just have not built it yet.
The established founder
You have been running your business for a while. Maybe you have one or two people working with you. Revenue is reasonable but growth has stalled. You know AI could help but you are not using it properly, and your systems are held together with workarounds and willpower. You need someone to come in, look at the whole thing, and help you rebuild it properly.
All three want the same thing: a business that works, income they control, and time that is theirs. The tools and the starting point are different. The destination is the same.
About
I built what I teach.
I spent over a decade in six-figure corporate leadership roles. I left, built my own business, and now I help other people do the same thing.
I am a performance coach and business consultant. I run a one-person business that uses AI across every part of its operation: content, client delivery, product development, systems, and strategy.
Everything I teach comes from work I have actually done. Not theory. Not someone else's framework repackaged. The real thing, tested on a real business, every day.
